Project Description

Titanium Birch partnered with us to design a workspace that was  a "home away from home", a lifestyle-centric environment built for a team that works fluidly, and values unpretentious authenticity. The objective was to create a sanctuary for productivity where comfort, wellness, and spatial logic intertwined to support a team dedicated to backing world-changing innovators.

Driven by a commitment to absolute material honesty, the design rejects superficial veneers in favour of ecologically responsible, non-harmful materials specified from the ground up. In  engineering a healthy, breathable indoor climate, the material palette features strictly non-formaldehyde carpets, adhesives, custom carpentry substrates, and paints. This commitment to wellness was verified by rigorous weekly formaldehyde monitoring and reporting throughout the construction and handover phases.

The technical architecture prioritised sensory comfort and daily performance. Workstations feature custom-calibrated lighting systems engineered to achieve optimal lux levels and an exceptional Colour Rendering Index (CRI) exceeding 95, significantly reducing visual fatigue. Seamlessly integrating curated art elements alongside clean, architectural lines, the spatial layout balances high-performance workplace mechanics with restorative, mindfully balanced nodes. The final space stands as a testament to intentional, mindful design—proving that high-performance workplace mechanics can coexist beautifully with the warmth and comfort of a home.
